Everyone is mad at
someone! Some are mad at their parents, others at
their spouse or even God. Some folks are very mad at
themselves. There are no benefits of anger, but many
severe consequences. These include, destruction of
family, loss of job, health, friends, church,
ministry and all relationships and especially with
the Lord. One hundred anger related heart attacks
take place in America every day. Don’t blow your
stack! They do not give trophies for bad tempers! I
have never said or done anything in anger that I am
proud of today! Child abuse is a terrible result of
anger. |
